What To Do

Please contact our customer service team and provide:

·        Your order number.

·        Clear photos of the item.

·        Photos of the packaging when relevant.

·        An unboxing video if available.

We'll review the issue and get back to you with the best solution.

If the issue was caused by Pyjama, we will take care of the necessary return or exchange costs.
