Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Pyjama piece from the moment you receive it.

If you decide that your order isn't right for you, you can request a return or refund in accordance with the applicable consumer protection regulations in Egypt.

Return Conditions

To help us maintain the quality of our products, returned items should be:

·        Unworn.

·        Unwashed.

·        Free from stains, makeup, perfume, odors, or any signs of use.

·        Returned with the original tags and labels attached.

·        Returned with the original packaging and accessories whenever possible.

Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an order because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility, where applicable.

If the return is due to an issue from our side — such as receiving a wrong, defective, or damaged item — Pyjama will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund using the applicable payment method.
