If something isn't right with your order, you can request a return in accordance with our return policy and applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.

To be eligible, items must be:

- Unworn and unwashed.

- Free from stains, perfume, or signs of use.

- Returned with their original tags and packaging whenever possible.

Return shipping: If the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we'll cover the return shipping cost. For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Eligibility and processing depend on the applicable terms.
